Our AI Lab has operationalised LLM-powered workflows and a rigorous pipeline that validates in research and deploys to production, focusing on AI methodologies that deliver real value for clients.

With a big picture view of the outcomes LLMs can deliver, we implemented a method that sits at the core of these models. While preparing the copy to support the release of our hospitality White Paper, Turning Your Hotel into a Must-Visit Destination, which focuses on how hotels can maximise profitability, we deployed three reviewer personas as scientific advisors: a neuroscientist focused on attention and information-processing, a social psychologist focused on framing effects, and a sociologist focused on digital norms.

Each reviewed against explicit criteria and returned concise, discipline-led recommendations, while the writing, editing and sign-off remained with our human team. We also produced a companion video under editorial direction from our Design and Social Media team with extensive AI integration, from structural drafting and captions to the on-screen scoring overlay.

Suggestions were not accepted uncritically. Each round included an evidence-and-compliance check, a self-evaluation step (devil’s advocate and verbalised confidence), and a review of the YAML-structured rubric generated in that round. In practice, we verified claims against sources, asked for a verbalised confidence score on a 0 to 100% scale and requested a short devil’s-advocate self-critique before any change was adopted.

Why This Matters? Enterprise brands operate in high-complexity environments: diverse audiences, multiple channels and high stakes for every word. Treating AI as an intelligent partner in our work enables earlier detection of friction, consistent use of evidence and a sustained quality bar across deliverables. It establishes a shared operating framework, so improvements are standardised, explainable and repeatable, rather than a matter of individual preference.
