- Plan, create and manage media campaigns across a variety of channels with outstanding performance
- Continuously monitor campaigns and their performance, checking their status daily and offering suggestions and strategic ideas on how to achieve all the KPIs while optimizing spend across all paid mediums
- Create tactical execution plans for each marketing channel with the aim of achieving campaign objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience
- Explore and discover potential opportunities to achieve clients’ objectives through LP optimization or through testing different Ad copies (A/B Testing), keywords, Ad groups and targets
- Research and identify trends and insights that will add value to our clients
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables
- Manage assigned departmental budget and spending
- Ensure best practices and innovative solutions are implemented in all digital performance marketing activities
- Play a major analytical role in tracking and monitoring performance against the business’s overall goals and objectives
- Lead efforts in the utilization of data-driven methodologies, analyses, and measurement to improve the effectiveness of all marketing and advertising channels
- Implement and manage both online and offline marketing activations that enable the business to meet client acquisition targets, sales, margin, and overall objectives
- Be self-motivated to keep developing and building industry-related knowledge such as new digital features, tactics, strategies and trends across all media and platforms and bring that knowledge into your workplace
- Build strategies and oversee optimization and measurement of client acquisition, cross-sell initiatives and remarketing in order to deliver incremental sales and improve consumer loyalty
- Stay up to date with digital media technologies and the latest trends
- Provide performance reports and quote forecasts for all business products, evaluate scenarios for ROI performance and communicate results and recommendations to the marketing team and key stakeholders
- Define strategic objectives, marketing budget allocation and success metrics
- Use your know-how of data studio to set up, implement and present performance reports across all channels
- Conduct research and analyses guiding the business in the realization of new opportunities while providing the business with a competitive edge over its competition in terms of client acquisition and retention
- Be accountable for the achievement of KPIs and deadlines
- Measure, refine and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals.
- Develop, communicate, and monitor growth and efficiency targets for client campaigns and agency business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- Excellent Greek and English presentation, communication, and data visualization skills with the ability to confidently and simply articulate campaign intricacies under pressure
- Certified experience as PPC Manager or as Digital Marketing Specialist. BSc/BA in Marketing, in Digital media or in related field
- Experience of data analysis and data reporting.
- Analytical thought-process and good mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of digital channel metrics, with solid analytical and reporting skills. Strong knowledge of using web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
- Basic knowledge of onsite SEO
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, FB Business Manager, Bing/ Yahoo, LinkedIn etc.
- Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
- Proven track record of managing advertising platforms
